Job description

Human Resource & Recruitment Manager position will lead the basic functions that should be done in a routine manner. Which consists of the job designing, hiring, and interviewing process, monitoring payroll, incentives, benefits and leave procedures. Also, the applicant must be able to operate under the different and sudden situations which could arise in the due course of work.

Job responsibilities

• Human resource planning
• Job analysis and designing
• Design workplace policies and maintain the current policies.
• Hiring and Interviewing process
• Resolve conflicts and disputes
• Rewards and incentive scheme management
• Managing EPF and ETF payments

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with regard to the job role or a similar role.
• Working Experience at least 3 years or more in a similar job role.
• Fluency in using Microsoft office package.
• Experience and ability in using a HRM system.
• Ability to converse in English and Sinhala fluently.
• Ability in dealing with Governmental related authorities.
• Professional qualification in Human resources would be an added qualification.
